Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil projects and excavation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Manage project scope, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and present project reports, updates, and other documentation to stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction and excavation processes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.BenefitsPTOHealthDentalVisionBonusEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
