Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team specializing in multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating and preconstruction services, with a focus on townhomes, apartments, podiums, units, and condos. This role is critical in ensuring accurate cost planning and budgeting for our projects, ultimately contributing to the successful execution of our construction initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily construction projects, including townhomes, apartments, podiums, units, and condos.Collaborate with project managers and architects during the preconstruction phase to develop comprehensive project budgets and schedules.Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.Utilize Procore and other estimation tools to streamline the estimating process and improve accuracy.Manage and mentor junior estimators, providing guidance and support throughout the estimating process.Conduct bid analyses and provide recommendations for subcontractor selection based on cost and value.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods to ensure competitive pricing and innovative solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in multifamily construction projects.Proficient in Procore and other construction management software.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Benefits Competitive base + bonus Full Medical, life insurance etc. 401K with company match PTO + Vacation + Sick timeEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
