(BCBA) Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Clinic Based SupervisorMalama Pono Autism Center provides a variety of clinical programs offering BCBAs of all levels of experience opportunities to learn and develop their skills. This includes a strong focus on applying behavior analysis across diverse and new populations, working collaboratively with other disciplines, and developing the interpersonal skills to offer dynamic supervision, training and leadership to others.Malama Pono Autism Center is currently looking for select behavior analysts to work in Maui at our clinic based program in Kihei, Hawai'i.A foundational principle through all MPAC's programs is the importance of community. Newly practicing behavior analysts are paired with experienced mentors to peer-support. More experienced analysts will lead a team of behavior technicians, residents in training, and BCaBAs.Behavior analysts selected to join the team will enjoy very competitive compensation, caseloads of 8-10 clients, and the opportunity for professional development and growth.
