The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and implementing applied behavior analysis techniques. Requirements for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation - Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities - Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): - Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles - Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time License/Certification:BCBA (Required)
