Senior Accountant – Consolidations ONSITE | 5 DAYS A WEEK Full-Time | Competitive Compensation + Benefits Are you a detail-driven accounting professional with a passion for financial reporting and process improvement? We’re seeking a Senior Accountant – Consolidations to play a key role in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, month-end close, intercompany eliminations, and audit coordination. What You’ll Do: Financial Reporting & Consolidations Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements and footnotes. Manage intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and consolidation entries. Draft technical memos and whitepapers supporting accounting conclusions. Month-End Close Record and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and resolve discrepancies. Maintain documentation for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. Audit & Compliance Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance. Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor requests. Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards. Process Improvement & Automation Identify and implement improvements in GL and close processes. Lead automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Leadership & Collaboration Mentor junior accounting staff and support their development. Partner with finance, operations, and IT to ensure data integrity and alignment. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidations. Strong understanding of GAAP, intercompany eliminations, and footnote disclosures. Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel and Word. Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement initiatives is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
