Guided by our values of Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Growth, we’re focused on growing our business, our reputation, and the career of every teammate.Obtain quote and place orders for maintenance department, via: credit card, blanket PO, purchase requisition for non-stock material, emergency Items, welding gases, oil.Write Purchase Requisition for parts needed in storeroom.Follow up delivery status of purchase orders, work with suppliers to make sure parts will be here on time for maintenance work.Run MRP for the Dayton plant, twice a week, Monday and Wednesday.Coordinate all trucks delivering material to the plant, maintenance and projects.Review old material that have been ordered by the maintenance clerk for users and left outside storeroom, follow up with users where the parts need to go. Receive and deliver material to storeroom keeper, FedEx ground, Rush/Wesco, Motion, Applied Industrial, Ferguson Bin stock.Coordinate logistic to send out parts to the service providers. Ship out materials as needed, schedule outgoing shipments from plant via: FedEx Freight, FedEx, Rush delivery, ground and UPS.Maintain records and documentation on repairable items, run and process a weekly repairable report.Send out repairable parts, write purchase requisition, coordinate logistic to send parts to the service providers.Package, send out to Flowserve the pump mechanical seals that need to be repaired.Key responsibilities: Maintenance ClerkProcess storeroom tickets / storeroom requisitions.Do Bin to Bin material transfers when needed.Process goods receipts for parts received in the plant.Process goods receipts for raw material received in the plant.Schedule vendors for oil removal for used oil.Schedule vendors for used oil drums removal.Schedule scrap motor pick-ups.Process work-flow items to ensure proper billing received.Review all summary billing for suppliers with blanket PO's matching packing slips to invoice receivedABOUT YOULogistics knowledge / experience.Knowledge of SAP – know how to do transactions related to shipping, receiving, Purchase Requisitions.Ability to work with computers (Windows, Office).Understanding of stores reordering systemsGood verbal and written skills to communicate at all levels in the organization including production, maintenance, purchasing, contractor groups, vendors, etc.Good organization skills.HS diploma.Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $48,032.00 - $60,040.00 + overtimePlease note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
