This position will be part of the Contract Operations department and will have the primary responsibility and accountability for contract execution & operationalizing agreements in both commercial and group purchasing organizations. The individual will be point of contact for all contract negotiations between legal and internal stakeholders thru execution. The individual will compile, analyze, and interpret both internal and external/secondary data sources and provide insight based on the analysis. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Administer commercial and group purchasing organizations agreements within Jazz's operating systems based on the terms and conditions in customer agreements. • Monitor contract requirements to ensure customers and Jazz remain in compliance with contract terms. • Collaborate with payer field team or channel account team to ensure contract bids match business intent.• Manage and maintain contracts, including loading of contract terms and conditions as well as data analytics and processing of payments.• Load contract utilization into iContracts on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, performing system validations and producing associated payment approval reports.• Responsible for system maintenance and data stewardship, working closely with our iContracts business partners and internal IT teams to ensure daily continuity of essential job functions.• Utilize post-process data for various reporting and business analytics needs to aid internal team as well as other cross-functional teams.• Utilize iContracts for contract utilization scrubbing and analysis.• Manage any ad-hoc project requests as needed.• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation to support disputes & adjustments, in accordance with contract terms.• Utilize iContracts reporting functionality and other data sources to analyze rebate trends and share insights.• Monitor the industry to stay abreast of current developments. Attend conferences, industry meetings, and seminars as needed.Required/Preferred Education and Licenses• Requires BS/BA or 2+ years of industry experience. • 1+ years of relevant work experience (contract operations, government programs, and/or analytics). • Strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on follow-through and issue resolution are required.• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word• Preferred working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx and third party Revenue Management System (e.g., iContracts, Model N, Revitas, etc). For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $110,400.00 - $165,600.00Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors.
