This position will be full-time and on-site.What You'll DoAssist in developing the control valve work scope to meet project objectivesIdentify, scope, and produce comprehensive construction work packages for project executionCreate detailed planning activities in Primavera P6 for each work order using applicable planning templates. Activities include defining individual tasks, manpower requirements, durations, and assigning disciplinesEmploy standard analytical techniques to characterize materials and test polymers to evaluate their performance under different conditions and environmentPerform and lead field walks for site verification to ensure project accuracy Assist in the development of weekly work objectivesOrganize materials by expediting orders, quoting prices, and ensuring the availability of correct parts for project needsWhat You'll NeedRequired:2 year degree and/or work related experienceAbility to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), valve specifications, and location plans.Experience in preparing and reviewing test/work packages for issuance to the field.5+ years of experience as a Control Valve Planner.Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SAP, and Primavera P65+ years of Control Valve Technician maintenance experience and/or control valve maintenance planningAbility to conduct QA/QC of work packages after work completionAbility to understand Preventive Maintenance programs and translate them into actionable work packagesPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorCAI Hourly (FT) The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $61.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
