Your Role:As a Diesel Lube Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance and assist with inspections and light repairs on a fleet of over 125 garbage trucks. You"ll work closely with experienced mechanics and be a key part of keeping our fleet safe and reliable.? What You"ll Do:Perform routine preventative maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks)Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, or damageAssist with lubrication of chassis, drivetrains, suspensions, and moving partsHelp review and complete repairs from Driver Vehicle Inspection ReportsMaintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environmentFollow company and safety protocols at all timesSupport diesel mechanics with basic repairs and diagnostics as needed✠What You Bring:1+ year of lube tech or diesel maintenance experience (or completion of diesel tech program)Valid Drivers License with Clean driving recordClass B CDL OR ability to obtain if requiredMust provide your own basic toolsBasic knowledge of truck systems and hydraulics a plusAbility to follow directions, work safely, and learn quicklyStrong work ethic and team-first attitude⚙️ Working Environment:On-site shop with modern equipment and ventilationOccasional outdoor work when performing roadside assistanceRequires lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or greasy spacesFast-paced, safety-focused, and team-oriented environment?
