Mutual Respect: We value every voice and treat each other and our communities with dignity.As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you"ll lead a team of skilled mechanics and technicians to ensure our fleet is safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. You"ll play a key role in training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion and enforce our corporate safety program.Supervise, train, and support mechanics and PM technicians.Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks and repairs.Oversee fleet compliance with DOT and other regulatory standards.Manage inventory control, parts procurement, and vendor relationships.Coordinate external repairs and test vehicles for quality assurance.Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting for the maintenance department.Ensure department operations remain within budget and aligned with company goals.What You Bring3+ years of hands-on experience in truck, light, or heavy equipment maintenance (waste industry experience a plus).Strong knowledge of air brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.Solid understanding of DOT compliance and safety regulations.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Willingness to relocate within 12 months.Ready to Drive Your Career Forward?Join a company where your leadership makes a difference every day.
