As the Lead Enrollment Director based at Merryhill School in San Jose, CA—part of Spring Education Group’s Independent K-12 Division—you will lead a team of Enrollment Directors while actively contributing to the recruitment and enrollment process. This role is essential to supporting regional enrollment growth and fostering a culture of excellence across campuses. In this role, you will… Leadership and Management Provide strategic direction for recruitment and admission to drive application growth and achieve enrollment goals. Collect, analyze, and leverage enrollment data to inform decision-making and develop regional enrollment strategies. Cultivate a transparent, data-informed culture focused on achieving results. Collaborate with school and operational leadership to set and meet enrollment goals for the region. Lead and mentor EDs, providing training, guidance, and tools to enhance their performance. Ensure compliance with established processes and optimize the enrollment funnel. Recruitment and Enrollment Drive new student enrollment across assigned campuses to exceed enrollment targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, families, and community organizations. Conduct effective in-person campus tours and manage enrollment events from concept to implementation. Oversee enrollment communications, including social media and marketing, in partnership with the Marketing and Communications team. Ensure efficient administration of the enrollment process, including applications, contracts, and student assessments. Regional Leadership Collaborate with executive and operations leadership to deliver accurate new enrollment forecasts. Monitor and optimize team effectiveness through KPI tracking and best practices. Evaluate marketing results and align resources to support enrollment strategies. Identify training opportunities and foster team development. Build a collaborative, results-oriented operating culture within your team and across the region. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of operational experience in a sales or lead conversion role with KPI accountability. 3+ years of supervisory experience. Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities; education sector experience preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field. Skills: Exceptional leadership and team development abilities. Proficient in CRM systems and data analytics. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution skills. Adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Travel and Work Model This role requires regular travel to assigned campuses and regional offices.
