With 45+ years of experience, we proudly deliver top-quality service to customers every day.What We Offer:Insurance access after 31 days of employmentLow-cost medical insurance (starting at ~$5/week)Dental and vision insurance optionsHealth Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) with company matchPaid time off & holiday payCompany-paid life insurance Responsibilities: What You’ll Do As an HVAC Service Manager:Lead and manage the HVAC service team, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and coachingOversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service deliveryMonitor labor costs, materials, equipment, and expenses to achieve budgeted margins and profitsResolve customer issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfactionCoordinate with dispatch to optimize technician selection and schedulingConduct job site inspections and monitor workmanship standardsTrack departmental operations, inventory, tools, vehicles, and maintenanceEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codesProvide ongoing on-the-job training and development for techniciansLead weekly technician meetings and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications: What You’ll Bring As an HVAC Service Manager:5+ years of HVAC service experienceStrong knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing, and air flowUnrestricted Journeyman license or Master license, and HVAC code knowledge Valid driver’s license with a good driving recordStrong leadership, communication, computer, and math skillsAbility to manage people, operations, and budgets effectivelyMust pass background and drug screeningNote: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
