We are Actively seeking an Operations Office Assistant to maintain our warehouse for restaurant supplies in our Phoenix Corporate Office! Responsibilities will include: Office:Coordinate training and conference room usage to ensure the room is not double booked for meetings.Order food and drinks for meetings. Schedule delivery or pickup if required.Order office and kitchen supplies and maintain inventory control by keeping items organized and at the required par levels.Schedule maintenance or repairs for copiers.Maintain & monitor safety controls at all entry and exit doors.Maintain daily opening and closing duties for office, such as stocking supplies, unlocking-locking doors, turning on and off various lights, etc.Perform work related errands such as going to the post office or other shipping facility locations. Shopping at local retail and grocery stores and other errands as needed for the office.Assist with office and kitchen clean up daily and after meetings.General office tasks to be performed as needed.Other duties and tasks to be assigned as needed.Operations:Order Uniforms, restaurant supplies, office supplies, and first aid supplies as needed. Maintain inventory controls by keeping an organized uniform and supply closet and maintain items at the required par levels.Disbursing and tracking supplies for restaurants.Process and submit purchase orders for all receipts.Meet required date for monthly inventory counts and reporting inventory disbursements to accounting. Ensure pricing and item information is noted correctly on Inventory spreadsheet.Laminate training materials and other documents and signage as needed.Other duties and tasks to be assigned as needed.Supply Warehouse:Packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area or delivering to shipping location or restaurants.Maintains inventory controls by keeping an organized stock room and keeping items at the required levels.Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Assist other departments with orders as needed and ensure items are disbursed upon receipt.Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.Other duties and tasks to be assigned as needed.
