Overview: The Presbyterian is seeking an Operating Room Manager. The OR manager is a dynamic healthcare leader responsible for overseeing and coordinating the full continuum of perioperative services, including the Operating Room (OR), Sterile Processing Department (SPD), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Preoperative (Preop), and Recovery areas. This role ensures high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and team collaboration across all surgical services.The OR Manager works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and hospital administration to support excellent surgical outcomes and a seamless patient experience.
