We are a rapidly growing company with ample opportunities for professional growth and development. We offer incentives based on meeting and exceeding objectives and a comprehensive total rewards program for our employees.Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely set up of kitchen areas for lunch and dinner service as directedExpedite tickets & run food during service, Assist other support staff in executing proper sequence of serviceAnticipate business flows and needs and proactively set up back stocks to minimize outages and service disruptionsWork diligently with service and kitchen team and communicate effectively with other support staff to maintain high level of guest experience throughout service.  Perform additional tasks as requested such as bussing, bar and kitchen supportMaintain station cleanliness and sanitation standards in both FOH and BOHCoordinate and ensure completion of set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely mannerResponsible for confirming completion of opening & closing checklists of all support staff – assist as needed to ensure all side work is completed in a timely manner & to restaurant’s standards.Minimum QualificationsAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule).Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experienceEffective communication skillsPreferred QualificationsGeneral knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spiritsPhysical Requirements/Work Environment:Works outdoors/indoorsWorks in warm/cold climatesWorks in high placesWorks on wet surfacesIs exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicalsWorks near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck trafficMust be able to move up to 55 lbsMust be at least 21 years of age.
