LOCATION: PINE BLUFF AR CLIENT: Jefferson Regional Medical Center SETTING: PT - Acute/IP Rehab START DATE: ASAP - will sub any September or early October start dates GUARANTEE: 36 hrs/wk ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 wks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Prior acute/IP rehab exp required STAFF: will discuss on PIV EMR:  Cerner CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, BKA/AKA, hip fractures/replacements, knee replacements, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Debility, Cardiac Patient Ratios: 5:1 Number of Beds: 40 (12 of those include our TBI unit) SCHEDULE: Typically Mon-Fri; some wknd/holiday coverage may be required - can discuss in more detail on PIV ADDITIONAL INFO: Past travel client  LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: 45 min South of Little Rock SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: DOB/SSN, 2 supervisory refs, BLS, COVID card COVID VACCINE REQUIRED?
