In this role you will be responsible for leading a large team, architecture decisions, and the engineering practice.The role is based in Boston, MA, Jersey City, NJ, or Westlake, TXThe Expertise We’re Looking ForBachelor level degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another technical fieldHands-on technical leader with track record of defining technical architecture and delivering solutionsSignificant experience leading and managing teamsAny brokerage or cryptocurrency experience is a big plusExperience working with a variety of programming languages, frameworks, operating systems, and platformsFull-Stack development experience (front-end, middle-tier & database)Experience with Spring Boot and event-driven architecture is very desirableExperience developing native cloud applications using microservicesSolid understanding of KubernetesSolid understanding of databasesExperience with Agile MethodologiesNoSQL experience desirableAble to take a concept and turn it into a finished productAbility to quickly learn and adopt diverse technologiesAbility to think strategically: creative thinker. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
