This role is pivotal in overseeing the deployment of payroll, core HR, learning management, performance management, and timekeeping functionsJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager HCM (Dayforce) to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, on site, and is a contract position.What You'll DoLead and manage the implementation of the Dayforce HCM suite, ensuring successful deployment across payroll, HR, learning management, performance management, and timekeeping functionsWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectationsDevelop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring comprehensive documentation and adherence to best practice governanceFacilitate organizational transformation and technology adoption through effective change management processesProvide strategic insights to optimize business processes enabled by technology, enhancing and extending system functionalitiesMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize business disruptionFoster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project teamCoordinate with related projects for seamless integration and functionality, particularly with payroll and timekeeping implementationsOversee the operation and support of the software, managing upgrades, testing, training, and organizational change tasksEngage with business owners to analyze requests, assess business value, and ensure resource availabilityWhat You'll Need RequiredExtensive experience managing large-scale HCM implementations, preferably with DayforceProven consulting experience with a Big 4 or large organization is highly desirableIn-depth knowledge of end-to-end human capital business processes, from hire to retire, enabled by technologyStrong understanding of the impact of technology on business processes and the importance of organizational change management Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholdersAbility to manage technical tasks and resources for environment management, security, performance optimization, and system enhancementsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorThe pay range for this position is $80 - $90 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
