Data collection and entrance for drivers at 10 parent locations. Maintain electronic files for all drivers. Process/prepare driver candidates for fleet safety review. Process data collected from drug and alcohol testing. Assist in annual review preparation for commercial and non-commercial drivers. Represent Koch Foods through positive interaction with potential candidates. Conduct full-cycle recruiting for DOT drivers. Schedule interviews and manage communication with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain DOT documentation for hiring, random alcohol/drug testing, HOS regulations, vehicle inspections, and medical certification. Assist with/conduct training as needed. Process driver terminations and employment in all data bases. Complete other duties as assigned. Must be able to read and write in English. Commercial driver qualification knowledge required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Access. Follow direction with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and able to meet assigned deadlines. Willingness to perform federal drug and alcohol testing for drivers as needed. Willingness to travel as needed.
