In this role, you’ll oversee the financial, operational, clinical, and administrative functions of new and emerging markets, ensuring excellence in both performance and patient care. What You’ll DoConduct comprehensive market analysis to identify optimal new branch locations based on community needs, demographics, and competitive landscape.Partner with executive leadership and the AVP of Business Development to shape growth strategies and prioritize expansion markets.Establish standardized operational workflows, compliance processes, and patient experience standards for new locations.Drive achievement of targeted patient volumes, financial goals, and quality benchmarks.Lead, direct, and evaluate all operational activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards.Support growth by engaging in sales and marketing initiatives that strengthen community presence.Serve as Administrator or provide administrative leadership coverage as needed during vacancies or absences.Why Join UsAt ACG Hospice, we know that exceptional care begins with exceptional leadership. Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible careEducation: Graduate of an accredited college or University, Bachelor's Degree in related health or business field required. RN preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 year's Leadership experience in hospice preferred or applicable field with direct report responsibility. Start Up experience preferred.Skills: Requires demonstrated interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills with ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrates proven organizational development and project management. Exhibits working knowledge of hospice regulations and reimbursement as well as proven leadership abilitiesRequired: Reliable transportation.
