We are seeking a Housing Compliance Analyst to ensure our affordable housing projects are financially viable and in full compliance with all regulations. What You'll Do ✅  Ensure Viability – Complete annual reports and property status reports, providing recommendations for corrective action to ensure financial viability. ✅  Drive Compliance – Coordinate paperwork and correspondence for projects , perform quality assurance checks on project and tenant files , and manage tenant income certifications. ✅  Train & Empower – Provide training to program staff on general property management, physical inspections, and tenant income certifications. ✅  Manage Finances – Handle accounts receivable and analyze accounts payable for each housing project. ✅  Conduct Inspections – Facilitate or perform physical property inspections to ensure minimum property standards are met. Who You Are ✔ A detail-oriented professional with a strong knowledge of state and federal housing regulations (NIFA, HUD, OHA, DCHA). ✔ A skilled planner who can prioritize multiple tasks. ✔ A trusted team member with the ability to maintain confidentiality. ✔ Someone who is committed to a philosophy of services that empowers people. Minimum of one year of related work experience preferred. Experience in lease management preferred. The ability to obtain and maintain certifications related to affordable housing.
