Caring nurses needed! The Assistant Nurse Coordinator, under the supervision of the Nurse Coordinator, is responsible for overseeing the healthcare needs of individuals within their assigned area. This role ensures that all necessary medical services are provided effectively and in a way that promotes positive health outcomes for those served. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the consistent implementation of guiding principles, including its Mission, Core Values, Code of Ethics, and Code of Conduct. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Deliver both long-term and urgent healthcare services to individuals. Perform administrative duties as required. Model and uphold Values in all aspects of work. Coordinate and implement comprehensive, person-centered care plans. Actively participate in the nursing on-call rotation. 1 nurse cares for 8 individuals served Additional Duties and Expectations: Immediately report any suspected abuse in accordance with state laws and policies. Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of individuals by safeguarding personal information and records. Provide direct care as needed, which may include lifting, transferring, and assisting individuals who use wheelchairs. Must successfully complete and pass a physical examination. Minimum Qualifications: Education & Experience: Associate's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes: At least 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN, 2 3 years in an acute or long-term care setting, Or 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare facility.
