Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Preferred 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. RN’s required to titrate drips: Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Nipride, Lasix, (low dose Dopamine), No Levo. Types of Patients on Unit: Adults and geriatrics, Cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, and ETOH, Covid BiPap, occasional general surgical with heart history, medical patients with cardiac history, pneumonia covid, acute on chronic conditions, influenza, sepsis. Unit Details: Beds: 32 Nurse Patient Ratios: 1:4-5, occasional 5-6 on nights, PCU level care overflow on the unit 1:3 More of a Tele/Cardiac unit Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. Special Requests: Will consider blocked schedule based on unit needs. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and Holiday: Every other. Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/boarding - first to float. 7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
