Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Preferred 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Unit Details: Beds: 32 Nurse Patient Ratios: 1:4-5, occasional 5-6 on nights, PCU level care overflow on the unit 1:3 More of a Tele/Cardiac unit Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. Special Requests: Will consider blocked schedule based on unit needs. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and Holiday: Every other. Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/boarding - first to float. 7 days maximum time off.
