As an Engineering Support Specialist, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Manufacturing Operations and Process Improvement Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Engineering Support Specialist Location: Northford, CT 06472 Pay Range: $21–$23/hr What’s the Job? Assist in creating and maintaining standard work documentation for manufacturing processes. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste. Develop reports to track manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize workflows and support lean manufacturing activities. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and process documentation. What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical discipline. Experience or coursework in manufacturing engineering or process improvement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
