This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent meal service. The Line Cook maintains a clean and organized workstation, adheres to food safety standards, and contributes to a positive kitchen culture.Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities :Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.Ensures all prep is done according to recipes and portion standards. Work in close liaison with chef.Cooking and Assembling Dishes - Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
