Why work at MCC:   Compensation: $140,000-$170,000 annually Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k)  Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays  The Strategic Senior Human Resources Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing HR operations and driving strategic initiatives across three manufacturing sites—Napa, Fullerton, and San Luis Obispo. Operating within a dynamic label printing environment, this role requires a confident, people-focused leader who can inspire teams, influence senior stakeholders, and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. The position includes direct management of HR representatives and close collaboration with plant and corporate leadership to align HR practices with business goals.   Key Responsibilities:  HR Leadership & Operational Alignment Provide visionary HR leadership across multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategy.  Team Development & Coaching Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  Strategic Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to site and senior leadership, offering guidance on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.  Culture & Engagement Champion initiatives in employee engagement, DEI, safety, and culture-building tailored to the needs of a production workforce in the label printing industry.  Compliance & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with California labor laws and industry-specific regulations, mitigating risk and supporting operational integrity.  Data-Driven HR Strategy Use analytics and insights to inform HR strategy, improve processes, and support business performance.        Leadership Competencies:  •    Proven ability to lead through influence and build strong, trust-based relationships across diverse teams and locations. •    Skilled in change management, conflict resolution, and navigating complex employee relations issues. •    Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. •    Demonstrated success in developing high-performing HR teams and cultivating leadership talent.  Qualifications:  •    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). •    7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in a multi-site manufacturing environment. •    Deep understanding of California labor laws and HR practices in production settings. •    Experience in the label printing or related manufacturing industries is highly desirable.  #NAPIND #LI-SD1         For over a century, Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has crafted premium labels for the world’s most iconic and recognizable brands.
