This role manages a team of technicians and coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and homeowners to ensure all Signature Collection properties are meticulously maintained and operating efficiently, providing an exceptional experience for guests, owners, and staff.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team across multiple Signature Collection properties, ensuring consistent standards of excellence and timely service.Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal property coverage while meeting budget expectations.Manage daily operations involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and general maintenance.Coordinate with third-party vendors and subcontractors for specialty work to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials.Communicate effectively and professionally with property owners regarding home maintenance, repair needs, and upgrades.Ensure compliance with purchasing protocols, including Avendra and other vendor guidelines.Provide 24/7 emergency response support for urgent maintenance needs across Signature properties.Utilize MaintainX or other CMMS tools to assign, track, and complete work orders and preventative maintenance schedulesMonitor and maintain maintenance budgets, reviewing monthly financials and participating in financial meetings with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and critical parts across all managed properties.Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.Perform property walkthroughs and quality checks to ensure high standards are consistently met.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Proven leadership and team management experience in a multi-property or resort setting.Strong technical knowledge across key maintenance areas: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve under pressure.Professional communication skills, especially in working with homeowners and high-end clientele.Familiarity with property management systems, budget tracking, and purchasing protocols.Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word), MaintainX, and other relevant software platforms.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - local travel between properties is required.Availability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call for emergencies as needed.DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:Year RoundDeer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
