Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 22 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Alaska license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 6 months between Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID Special Requests: Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler. Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment. Travelers are then required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility. Block Schedules: No Shift & Scheduling: On-call Required: Yes - 1 day per week and 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 1800-Monday at 0730) Weekend Requirements: Yes - on call, and approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts/week.
