Approximately 50% snowboard & 50% ski.As a first-year instructor, this position will teach first time and beginner levels only.The majority of lessons will be children aged between 3 and 12 years old.NOTE: At this time, employee housing is no longer available for this position.Requirements:Must be able to snowboard at an intermediate level or above.Must be able to ski beginner terrain comfortably.Experience working with kids preferred, e.g. camp counselor, swim coach, day care provider, etc.Experience in coaching or teaching preferred.Experience in the guest service industry preferred.Excellent social and verbal communication skills .Hourly Pay: $20.00-$25.00To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.Mammoth Mountain is an equal opportunity employer.
