Job Description

TruckPro is seeking a Store Administrator for Aftermarket Heavy-Duty Truck Parts who will be responsible for transactions relating to store administration. This position will perform administrative tasks and other assigned tasks as needed. Benefits for Store Administrator: Competitive Pay Day Shift Paid Training Employee Referral Bonus Medical, Dental and Vision 401K -- with company match Paid Time Off -- NO WAITING PERIOD Paid Holidays Company culture grounded in customer service and values its people Store Administrator Responsibilities: Complete daily deposits and deliver to bank Receive inventory; match and code invoices Administer accounts payable/receivable functions Process credit applications in conjunction with Accounts Receivable department Generate pick-tickets for orders to the warehouse Maintain petty cash and special refund accounts Inquire as to customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc. Utilize marketing materials (i.e. tabloids, etc.) Record sales and deliveries information on daily sales and/or delivery records Successful Store Administrator Candidates Will Have: One year of administrative experience (coding invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivables, inventory receiving, bank deposits, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, powerpoint, etc) Customer service focus to customers and team members Good oral and written communication skills TruckPro offers a stimulating workplace based on open collaboration, personal development, and future opportunities. The role is a physically active role Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50+ lbs with lift assist devices Will be required to stand for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces and will be required to operate a forklift Will frequently be required to: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities Work Environment: The work environment described are representative of those an associate encountered while performing the primary duties of this job.
