Schedule: 3 - 12hr shifts per week with 10 days of call per month. Rotating call on weekends. More about our team As an RN Charge Nurse you will work in the Cath Lab as a circulator in cardiology procedures. Administer and monitor the patient while working alongside the director on day to day needs and support staff education. How you'll contribute Proficient in assessing patient conditions and making timely determinations of patient needs.Implements leadership and team coordination by supervising nursing staff, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring smooth unit operations by providing direct support to all staff members.Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.Facilitate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards through engagement and support of PI and other initiatives.Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
