Description Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Facilities Project Manager Team Lead to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Primary Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate project teams across various functional areas to ensure successful and timely delivery of facility construction, sustainment, and modernization projects.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications, ensuring regular updates to leadership, clients, and end users.Manage budgets, timelines, and contractual deliverables in alignment with organizational and client requirements.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risk mitigation strategies, and communication frameworks.Prepare and deliver project status reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and risks.Proactively identify project risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.Ensure all project activities are compliant with internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.Conduct post-project reviews and continuous improvement assessments to enhance future project delivery.Basic QualificationsTS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is requiredBachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field with 8–12 years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience. (Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree).Demonstrated success in facility/campus/institutional facilities management, overseeing facility projects or initiatives that span multiple functional areas or disciplines.Demonstrated success overseeing critical infrastructure projects for mission critical facilities.Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources for complex programs, including risk and change management.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and delegate tasks effectively across various workstreams.Experience coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives to develop estimates and deliver solutions.Solid understanding of risk management, program evaluation, and continuous process improvement.Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in developing and delivering reports and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsProject or program management certification, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), FMP (Facility Management Professional).Strong knowledge of construction and facility service contract management and experience managing government contracts or working in regulated industries (e.g., defense, healthcare, aerospace).Demonstrated success overseeing physical security infrastructure projects for mission critical facilities.Knowledge of construction cost estimating tools and methodologies.Experience with profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, including managing budgets and financial forecasting.EC-DASCome break things (in a good way).
