Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sciences PM Coordinator to join their team. As a Pharmaceutical Sciences PM Coordinator, you will be part of the Research and Development department supporting cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a curious mindset, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sciences PM Coordinator Location:Groton, Connecticut Pay Range: $30.00 - 43.68 What's the Job? Assist in managing integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets for small molecule development programs. Collaborate with scientists, project leads, and cross-functional partners to track key milestones and generate insights through data and reporting tools. Monitor progress against development milestones, flag delays, risks, or data gaps, and support proactive problem-solving. Compile and analyze project data from internal systems, creating visual reports to support decision-making processes. Contribute to process improvements and support the team in adopting Pfizer’s planning and forecasting tools. What's Needed? B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. 0–3 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, academic research, or entry-level roles in R&D or project coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage and present data clearly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple priorities effectively.
