We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. Compensation $22.35Location: Sacramento, CA Shift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked  This position is seasonal, with the possibility of direct hire and increased compensation upon transition to a permanent role, contingent on performance and other relevant factors.   Responsibilities:  Maintains inventory records and conducts regular counts and auditsOperates forklift to remove and stock materials in a safe mannerLoad / unload trailers, and ship / receive / validate all product deliveries and returnsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and vendorsWork closely with vendors to obtain stock items and spare parts and initiate purchase order requestsMonitor warranty information and tracks warranties on parts purchasedReview daily purchase orders, invoices and the charging of parts on repair, ensure accuracy and corrects discrepanciesRestock products as required / FIFO (First In, First Out)  Organize / stage product to support daily warehouse operationsExecute daily inventory process: Demand count / parts, coolers and restocking products as neededVerify AM changes and perform AM checkout process including random auditsEnsure proper handling / accounting for product damage as well as in house usageWeekly ordering of product / suppliesEOM Inventory Process Document Return Inventory / Restock / Maintain WarehouseCount FG (finished goods) for factory / EOM (end of month) counter / random auditMaintain general housekeeping of warehouse including consolidation of product, sweeping, organizing, etc.Light facility maintenance, cleaning parking lot, stock area, and other areas as neededMaintain organized and efficient workflows, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projectsPerform other duties as assigned  Qualifications:  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experienceTwo or more years prior forklift experience with a solid safety record, ideally in a fast-paced forklift environmentPrior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPsSolid computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and business management software, SAP preferredDemonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced forklift environmentAbility to work independently or with a team with solid communication skillsSolid problem solving and decision-making skillsAble to lift and pull 65 lbs. as needed while performing workMust be able to do physical inspections of equipment that will require climbing, reaching, and extending arms overheadWillingness and ability to work in a warehouse with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold and cold) Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.  Our extensive direct-to-consumer offerings and industry-leading line-up of innovative water dispensers create consumer connectivity through recurring water purchases across Water Direct, Water Exchange, and Water Refill.
