Job Summary: The Security Account Manager provides direction, oversight, and accountability for accounts within the division. Regularly coordinates with clients to ensure adequate Supervisory and Security Officer staffing and compliance with all client requirements. Must be available to attend regular meetings and site visits as arranged by the client and management. Responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the account and ongoing assessments of staff. The Security Account Manager manages the services and related operations provided to assigned accounts, maintaining a direct working relationship with clients to ensure compliance with contract requirements and a high degree of customer service. Operational experience working in contract security is preferred. Client will include city and county municipalities, health centers, warehouses and others. The position is in person with the base office located in West Palm Beach, FL. This position requires regular on-site client visits. Responsibilities: All responsibilities are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner and in accordance with client and/or Andy Frain policies and procedures. Responsibilities may vary from location to location but will typically consist of the following: · Serves as a key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner. · Lead and/or assist client meetings and presentations to promote customer satisfaction and identify service expansion opportunities. · Proactively suggest and implement operational and financial strategies to management that improve execution and financial performance of the division. Seek to continuously improve client account while safeguarding the company. Present strategies to leadership. · Adhere to company requirements surrounding scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, open post rate, overtime (below 3%), direct labor costs, profit rate and revenue. · Supports security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates post orders. Assists in the development of site-specific training materials. · Oversees, coordinates and participates in the recruitment, selection, training, development and retention of high caliber employees in accordance with applicable law and Andy Frain policy. · Prepares and coordinates security officer staffing schedules. Coordinates alternate staffing coverage in the event scheduled security officers call off. Acts to ensure client requirements are met while controlling labor costs. · Assists in the development and administration of budget and business goals in relation to assigned account. · Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies and procedures. Acts to ensure that employees are treated with dignity and respect and that employees understand applicable laws, policies and procedures. · Coaches employees and administers disciplinary actions as necessary and in accordance applicable laws and Andy Frain policy. · Maintains and submits payroll records and other business information. · Reviews security reports to verify post orders and client requirements have been satisfactorily followed. · Personally inspects all posts. · Develop post orders and best practices for each assigned position within a designated account · Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of Security Supervisors and Officers. · Responsible for orientation and training of Security Officers and other personnel. · Meets regularly with client(s) to proactively address security, emergency and safety matters. Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field (preferred). · 5+ years of experience in contract security operations or similar service industries. · Experience managing large multi-site operations and client portfolios. · Demonstrated success in client retention, service expansion, and financial performance improvement.
