MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Management Analyst to join our team onsite in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This is an onsite position.This senior role focuses on overseeing project performance, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure projects align with organizational goals and are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities also include  mentoring junior buyers/logicians and ensuring compliance with project management/procurement standards and best practices.  Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage Buyers and Logisticians in delegating tasks and overseeing their performance Use advanced data analysis to provide strategic insights to project managers and leadership, helping to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes Monitor overall procurement performance across projects, identify procurement trends, and report on key metrics, risks, and issues Ensure adherence to DCAA polices for procurement auditing and internal inventory compliancy Analyze the impact that the political environment has on tariffs, shipping processes and material availability to effectively plan for any risks that might impact the project deadlines Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on Procurement status, progress, and performance to stakeholders. Provide guidance based on the reports Assist in ODC budget preparation and financial reporting to ensure projects remain within financial constraints Facilitate communication between Supply Chain team and the customer to assure requirements are being met and communicated Minimum QualificationsHigh School and 5+years experience Experience in procurement practices and management, with a proven track record of leading teams and projects to success Strong knowledge of project management, procurement and logistics methodologies and the full project lifecycle. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions. Experience with standard office and data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases). Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree and 2 years experienceClearance Requirements:US Citizenship and active Secret security clearancePhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
