Shift Details: This facility works 8-hour shifts. Must be able to work any shift, as well as daily or weekend overtime as required. 2nd Shift: 3PM – 11PM 3rd Shift:  11PM – 7AM   Starting Wage Range: $21.61/hr with potential for increases after probationary period is completed   Additional Incentives:  Shift Differentials ($0.61/hr for 2nd & $.54/hr for 3rd shift)  Monthly production incentive bonus program Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) available after 60 days of employment Company Paid Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid Lunches and Breaks 401(k) with Company Contributions (up to 4%) 11 Paid Holidays after completion of 60 days of employment 1 week Vacation Pay after completion of first 6 months   Reimbursements for Boots & RX Safety Glasses Employee Referral Program: $1,250 per hourly employee Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of employment   Primary Job Duties:  Entry level positions now available! Full benefits after 60 days of employment + OT Pay and Shift Differential. Primary duties include:   Safely performing a wide range of tasks that includes stacking product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.  The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company. How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:  · Contribute to a collaborative safety culture that drives results.  · Utilize problem solving skills, to maintain seamless production.  · Provide quality products to ensure an exceptional customer service experience. What you need to succeed:  · Manufacturing experience (preferred) however not required - full training provided.  · Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.  · Maintain a clean work environment.  - Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.  · Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.  - Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.  · Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on position.  · Military training and or Technical School preferred.  What we offer:  · Comprehensive benefits package- including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401K, and short-term disability coverage.  - Rate increases after probationary period.   - Vacation time after 6 months of service.  - Monthly production incentive bonus program!   Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in the manufacturing process. Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that is hot and humid in the Summer/Fall. Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload. Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen. The starting rate is $21.61 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location.
