Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for St. Margaret's Center, a pediatric and young adult skilled nursing facility located in Albany, New York. In this fast-paced position, the manager will oversee feeding approximately 90 residents with a large population of tube feeds. The Chef Manager will also have oversight of a national school lunch progam operation off campus. Typical shift will be 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with some weekends as needed.
