Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following: other duties may be assigned:Daily payroll updates using Workday Daily/weekly fuel & oil tank readings used to place orders as neededParts ordering using Microsoft D365 Inventory restocking and maintenance Daily/weekly/monthly; fuel, oil, & waste area inspectionsUnloading/loading of trucks using equipment as needed Answering phones, radio calls, & customer questionsWork with the shop lead/foreman/manager to ensure all necessary repairs are scheduled & on track for completion in a timely manner.Support Manager in providing direction to team where necessary.Assist Manager with accountability and performance management of team members.Assist with snow removal when required to ensure fuel pumps & building entrances are clear & accessibleDocument any fluid releases and maintain filesSchedule & assist drivers with waste pickups, following local regulations & completing required documentationMaintain accurate records of 45- & 90-day DOT inspections, schedule inspections & check for proper documentationOperation of several types of equipment including but not limited to snow cats, loaders, material handlers, back hoes, skid steers, snowmobiles, SXS's, busses, & trucksPerform updates to spreadsheets including, vehicle lists, insurance and registration lists, filter lists, up time trackers, fleet readiness chart, phone lists, & damage tracker.Update employee training files, track progress, & assign new trainings as neededDocument workplace injuries & property damage, communicate those to the risk department in a timely manner.Resolve employee matters when manager is not on dutyAct as liaison to VM manager, internal departments, and HR when manager is not on dutyCompetencies and Job Requirements: To succeed in this role a candidate must be able to:Multitask, accurately completing several jobs simultaneously.Thrive under pressure, be self-motivated and driven to succeed especially when jobs are stacking up.Have great communication skills for both internal and external guests.
