The Senior Product Manager (SPM) of Marketing, Neuro-oncology will support critical promotional and customer marketing activities for an in-line product within the Oncology business unit.  This product is currently approved for the treatment of recurrent H3 K27M Mutant Diffuse Midline Glioma The SPM will engage in several cross-functional initiatives and manage key strategic and tactical projects/workstreams. The SPM will serve as an important member of the expanding Oncology Business Unit.The candidate will help drive product adoption by helping to develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans. The SPM will be focused primarily on ongoing launch activities The candidate may also assist, when needed, on marketing initiatives across the oncology portfolio. This individual will be responsible for implementing strategy and plans per relevant regulatory guidelines and Jazz policies and values.Essential FunctionTake a central role in developing, refining and pulling through H3 K27M Mutant DMG strategies to drive a successful launchCollaborate on overall Oncology marketing promotional strategy and execution.Develop / update key promotional tactics for launch (e.g. interactive visual aid)Help manage several key vendors, including promotional, media, and medical communications agencies to maintain and improve upon operational efficiencies.Consult on overall Oncology marketing media planning and execution with a focus on innovative ways to engage the multidisciplinary DMG team.Serve as a marketing point-person on cross-functional teams, including the Promotional Material Review Committee (PMRC) for all related workstreamsServe as an oncology marketing lead for relevant national, regional and local Neuro Oncology and Oncology conferences and meetings.Execution of advisory boardsLead cross functional partners in tactical planning to develop an integrated strategic plan and ensure execution across the brandOversight of marketing material fulfillment and inventoryEstablish a strong relationship with the sales team and other field-based commercial teams to ensure optimal execution and early actionability on key insightsManage and enhance relationships with many critical functions within the organization, thought leaders, and strategic business partnersReviews Marketing dashboard and third-party performance reports to provide metrics on an ongoing basisEnsure tactics meet compliance and regulatory guidelines and company policiesWork collaboratively with finance partners and ensure budget is managed appropriatelyRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities3+ years of oncology marketing (or related commercial) experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry requiredNeuro Oncology experience is preferredField experience is preferredStrategic thinkingTeamwork/collaborationDelivering resultsInspiring and influencingCommunication skills (including the ability to present to larger audiences)Project managementAnalytics and problem solvingTaking initiativeDemonstrating good judgementRequired/Preferred Education and LicensesA Bachelor Degree in life sciences or a related discipline is required. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $134,400.00 - $201,600.00Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package.
