We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. Factory Location: Hot Springs, ARCompensation: $16/hourSchedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday - SaturdayAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needs Responsibilities: Assisting customers with finding products, including bottled water and related itemsAnswering customer questions and providing information about productsProviding excellent customer service during the loading/unloading process.Loading and unloading water bottles/cases (including 5 and 2.5-gallon bottles) and other related products onto trucks and into store inventoryUsing equipment like carts, dollies, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts (if certified) to assist with loading and unloadingEnsuring items are properly secured during transportHelping customers with carrying and loading their purchases into their vehiclesAssisting with the delivery, stocking and restocking shelves or racks in the storeOrganizing stock and maintaining inventory levelsAssisting with the delivery and receiving incoming shipments of water and related productsMaintaining a clean and organized work area, including the loading/unloading areaPerforming general labor tasks as assignedFollowing safety procedures, particularly related to lifting and handling heavy items  Qualifications: Ability to lift and move heavy items, such as water bottles up to 60lbsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to bend, twist, and maneuver in the workspace.Training and Certification: Depending on the vehicles or equipment used, a forklift certification may be required. Must have a valid Arkansas driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to pass any company requirements to safely operate company vehiclesSafety: Adherence to safety regulations and proper lifting techniques is essentialCustomer Interaction: While focused on physical tasks, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers is importantCandidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
