Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner – Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) | Lakewood, NJCompensation: $125,000–$135,000 (commensurate with experience & certification) + bonusesA mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Lakewood, New Jersey is seeking a full-time Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join its expanding OB/GYN and Women’s Health department. This position supports two established OB/GYN physicians and plays a key role in growing women’s health access for a diverse and underserved patient population.Position OverviewThe Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN and women’s health services within a high-volume community health setting. The WHNP will evaluate, diagnose, and manage reproductive, gynecologic, and chronic women’s health needs while collaborating closely with OB/GYN physicians, medical assistants, and care coordination teams.Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing approximately 3 patients per hour, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved populations.
