We are seeking an Agency Sales Manager to join our National Accounts team! In this role, you will work to achieve profit and premium growth for assigned agencies, managing agency relationships via phone as well as occasional in-person agency visits. You will also be responsible for implementing plans and programs to contribute to the achievement of agency produced sales and premium and loss ratio objectives. Through all interactions with agencies, you will play a key role in ensuring the value of Dairyland is highlighted and reinforced.
