TruckPro is seeking a Route Manager Aftermarket Truck Parts who will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager in maintenance and growth of sales. This position delivers truck parts, retrieves returned merchandise, responds to customer needs and grows account base business by selling additional products and services. Benefits for Route Manager: Competitive Pay (pay rate + incentive bonus) Day Shift Paid Training Employee Referral Bonus Medical, Dental and Vision 401K -- with company match Paid Time Off -- NO WAITING PERIOD Paid Holidays Company culture grounded in customer service and values its people Route Manager Responsibilities: Partner with Account Manager or Store Manager to inquire and address customer needs/issues to increase sales and margin on assigned accounts Assist in identifying new customers and providing leads to the Account Manager or Store Manager Initiate daily outbound sales phone calls and in-person sales calls to assigned accounts Handle inbound sales calls, as needed Perform scheduled route deliveries and follow-up customer visits Unpack and stock received parts and store in the appropriate areas Load and/or unload trucks, as needed Deliver and pickup parts to the customer while maintaining appropriate paperwork Generate and maintain appropriate paperwork for all orders, returns/warranties, deliveries, etc. Successful Route Manager Candidates Will Have: Associate's degree or post-high school technical degree or certification (preferred) Minimum one year related work experience (route sales, inside sales, parts delivery, etc) Heavy-duty industry (or similar) experience Valid driver's license with good driving record Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs Ability to operate power industrial equipment (fork lifts, etc.) TruckPro offers a stimulating workplace based on open collaboration, personal development, and future opportunities.
