If you have experience with Sage/Agate grant management systems and at least 10 years in data architecture or systems planning, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Data Analysis Architect to conduct requirements analysis and oversee data management for the Sage and Agate Grant Management systems. This position will be full-time contract and hybrid requiring three days per week in office in Trenton, New Jersey.  What You’ll Do Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and current data challengesConduct analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in existing data systemsDevelop clear plans and roadmaps for improving data management and integrationOversee project timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure successful outcomesTranslate complex ideas into accessible concepts for non-technical audiencesSupport decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysisEnsure that proposed solutions align with organizational goals and existing systemsWhat You'll Need Required: Experience with grant management systems (Sage/Agate)At least 10 years of experience in a data architecture or systems planning roleStrong ability to engage with stakeholders and lead collaborative discussionsProven track record of designing practical solutions using existing systemsComfortable working with data concepts and systems, with a focus on strategy and planningExcellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred:Advanced knowledge of data integration and analytics toolsExperience in public sector or healthcare-related data architecturePhysical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor  Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$60 - $68 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
