The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours based on the executive's schedule, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with at least 3-5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.Maintain detailed and accurate records, manage emails, and ensure follow-up on important tasks and deadlines.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Anticipate the executive's needs and act proactively to ensure efficient operations.Organize and manage travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including accommodations and transportation.Facilitate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Assist in project management, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Perform other administrative duties as required.
