$8,000 SIGN ON BONUS! # POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the management of more than one defined area of organized patient care services.# Allocates available resources to promote efficient, effective and compassionate patient care.# Provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise.# Facilitates an atmosphere of participative management and the development of collegial relationships.# Visible, accessible and committed to communicating effectively with staff.# Promotes the profession of nursing and professional practice.# Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.# Reports to a Director of Patient Care Services. # EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION Bachelors Degree or current enrollment in such program and a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Must have and maintain a current license in the State of Connecticut.### Professional Certification is highly desirable.
