If you have skills in Excel, Linux, and SQL, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Systems Analyst II to analyze tolling systems and ensure they are operating at peak efficiency. This position will be full-time contract and onsite.What You’ll DoAnalyze tolling systems to ensure optimal performancePerform daily/weekly monitoring and analysis of lane performance reports and dashboardsConduct hyper care monitoring of new and upgraded lanesPerform basic fault isolation for lane/plaza issuesReceive training and perform advanced fault isolation for lane/plaza issuesReceive training and provide third-level support for key roadside servers, databases, and softwareInvestigate and analyze anomalies reported by Operations, Finance, and MaintenanceSupport the setup of new lane system installations and/or upgradesDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SunWatch when monitoring is transferred to their teamWhat You'll NeedRequired:BA or BS Degree (Military technical training or appropriate work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)Technical Certificate (e.g., A Plus) or equivalent technical training/experience in network, security, or server managementKnowledge of toll lane theory of operationsExperience in toll lane troubleshootingFamiliarity with Linux command usage and server supportBasic knowledge of SQL query writingProficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of Excel macros and Visual BasicExperience with Excel Pivot TablesAbility to use network and system management tools (e.g., CA Unicenter, Orion)Preferred:Advanced troubleshooting experience in toll lane systems.Knowledge of roadside server/database/software management.Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor#LI-CB1Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$24p/h - $28p/hThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
