This individual must have proven success managing and optimizing sophisticated search advertising campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing performance data, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing strategic adjustments to maximize ROI. They should demonstrate proficiency in managing budgets, forecasting performance, and leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and leveraging search engine advertising to create business value through cutting-edge campaigns and performance optimization, this is the role for you!What You'll Be Doing: Global Paid Search Strategy LeadDevelop global Paid Search strategy for channels such as Google & Bing, aligning with broader marketing objectives and business goalsOversee brand budget allocation and establish performance benchmarks for paid search channelsOwn end-to-end creation and implementation of campaigns, including media plan creation, campaign setup, daily checks, weekly reporting and optimizationsLead cross-functional collaboration with analytics team to ensure accurate & clean data across platformsRun quarterly reviews to evaluate and iterate on strategy based on market trends and KPIsManage all aspects of B2B PPC campaigns including search, display, paid social and retargetingDrive lead generation testing efforts across paid search channels Google & BingDevelop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and salesManage ad budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and track ROI for paid campaigns; Manage paid ad campaigns appearing on major search engines, such as Google and BingAnalyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party toolsPaid Search Automation LeadProvide strategic recommendations and input for regional expectations in global strategyDefine, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIsManage SKU campaigns on Google & Bing globally with a focus on efficiency and scalabilityOversee feed management for Google & Bing ensuring all data is accurate and grouped appropriatelyMaintain the relationship with Products team and evaluate value annuallyCreate reporting around paid marketing funnels and leverage this to improve conversion ratesSupport analytics alignment for all paid search channelsContinuously test creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page alignmentExecute supplier campaigns and optimize performance through close collaboration with Strategic Programs TeamWhat We Are Looking For: 10+ years experience in digital marketing with specific focus on paid search campaign managementDemonstrated experience scaling paid search programs with strong ROI focusProficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and related platformsStrong analytical skills with ability to extract insights from complex data setsExperience managing substantial marketing budgets effectivelyKnowledge of current SEM best practices, trends, and algorithm updatesExcellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesGoogle Ads and Microsoft Advertising certificationsExperience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrationWorking knowledge of SEO principles and their relationship to paid searchExperience with scripts, automation, and feed managementInternational market experienceExperience with evolving channel strategies and tactics based on customer insights and product evolutionWork Arrangement:Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from homeWhat’s In It For You :At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
