Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Electrical Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a Electrical Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Asset Management department supporting maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Electrical Maintenance Planner Location:Thousand Oaks, CA Pay Range: $36-$38/hourly What's the Job? Plan and schedule electrical maintenance activities for facilities, including UPS units, VFD units, generators, and other critical equipment. Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient work execution. Manage asset maintenance parts ordering process and optimize inventory levels through preventive maintenance auto-ordering systems. Create and submit work requests, purchase requisitions, and ensure all POs are approved before scheduling work. Maintain accurate maintenance records, track asset information, and ensure database integrity according to standards. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical trades, facilities, or operational maintenance roles. Proficiency with scheduling software, procurement systems, and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Strong technical knowledge of CMMS systems, particularly EAMS and MRO systems. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and management levels.
